Pilates
R Pilates is an athletic based, dynamic sequenced class focused on building core strength with low impact movements. Pilates is a great practice for cross training, recovering from injury or as a daily practice to help strengthen, lengthen and increase flexibility and mobility in the body. We offer a variety of pilates classes to target upper (Sculpt), Lower (Boody), Midsection (Core), Full Body (Fire), as well as a foundational practice (Build). At Rinse, you can find our full body pilates classes in a heated room.
