BOOK AHEAD

SCHEDULE

Released 2 weeks ahead of the class on a daily rolling basis. (Unlimited members get an additional week of advanced booking. Waitlists move FAST – don’t be discouraged to book in!

BRING

Water bottle (Hydration is key!), We provide spin shoes, boxing gloves, and mats that can be rented.

YOUR FIRST CLASS

ARRIVE EARLY

Please make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes before class and check in at the front desk. Studios open 30 minutes before class. Studio doors lock when scheduled class begins.

LOCATION/PARKING

Make sure you know which studio location your scheduled class is for. We have 4 studios – check the label of your class for the location (addresses are found on our Contact Page). Parking in Halifax can be tricky depending on the time of day so give yourself extra time.

SET UP

Instructors will be there to help you set up a bike for spin, wrap your hands for boxing, or show you what equipment you will need. If you are recovering from injuries or have limitations it is important to let us know so we can provide safe modifications for you.

ENGAGE WITH R COMMUNITY

Expect to be celebrated, recognized and acknowledged in our spaces. We are a family and we want you to experience that the moment you walk inside.

WEAR

Comfortable pants or shorts (not too baggy especially when booking spin classes) and breathable tops. We do supply sweat towels.

WAIVER

You will be required to fill out a waiver prior to class and waivers can be found on your account. You are responsible for ensuring their waiver has been signed and ensuring you have been cleared by a medical professional to work out if you are working with any health concerns.
