R circuit classes are our diverse strength and cardio combo classes, which utilize a variety of equipment providing a full-body conditioning challenge.
Power
Our heavy lifting strength workout designed to build lean muscle mass, boost your metabolism, improve bone density and connective tissue health In these classes you will be met with stations of weights, interspersed with rounds of work on our benches, a playground for movement, where you will be faced with a dynamic array of targeted movements. We also offer a “Chill” version that is slowed down and focused more on foundational movement.
Athletic Conditioning
Your ultimate combo class of cardiovascular and strength training. A circuit workout to build not only the physical, but the mental strength too. Speed, strength and endurance training that uses props and body weight in a fast paced, high rep, explosive, athletic style workout. Expect a challenge that takes you through cardio burnout testing your limits and pushing boundaries.
Pilates
Towers
Towers are a unique apparatus to Rstudios. Using a spring pulley system, challenge the muscles in a unique way through slow and controlled movements. Tower offers both a slow, low impact option (Control) and a more vigorous cardio based option (Burn).
Barre
R Barre classes combine pilates with dance and cardio for a mainly standing, full body, fun and energizing workout. Expect dynamic movements to music, and a focus on the lower body, glutes and arms.
Pilates
R Pilates is an athletic based, dynamic sequenced class focused on building core strength with low impact movements. Pilates is a great practice for cross training, recovering from injury or as a daily practice to help strengthen, lengthen and increase flexibility and mobility in the body. We offer a variety of pilates classes to target upper (Sculpt), Lower (Boody), Midsection (Core), Full Body (Fire), as well as a foundational practice (Build). At Rinse, you can find our full body pilates classes in a heated room.

Yoga
We offer many styles of yoga incorporating flows, strongholds, dynamic sequencing, and slower, mobility-focused release classes. Yoga can be incorporated into your routine as both a way to increase flexibility and strength as well as provide relaxation and recovery.
Our style of yoga is driven by music and breath. We offer everything from powerful movement classes to deep, restorative classes and Yoga Nidra.
