Studio Policies

This is an Agreement under which you agree to become a Member of Rstudios (Rock In Opposition Studio Inc). When you accept this Agreement you are entering into a contract with us. This Agreement sets out your rights to use our Facilities and Services and the responsibilities you have to comply with as a Member. These responsibilities, including payment of Membership Fees, do not depend on how often you use our Facilities and Services.

Recurring Payment Information

You will be charged a monthly fee that will continue to be charged from your account until you or we cancel the arrangement by providing a minimum one month notice prior to your last payment date. If you end this Agreement or stop the automatic recurring fee in a way not described in this Agreement, you may be liable for breach of contract. We reserve the right to increase recurring fees with 30 days notice and you reserve the right to cancel if you do not agree with the increased rates.

If your payment is 1 day late, you will lose access to booking with the studios until payment processes. We do not offer refunds or reimbursement for unused time on passes or memberships or expired passes. There are no exceptions to this clause.

Your Safety

You agree to give us all relevant health and fitness information before or during any exercise. Each time you use the Facilities and Services, you must ensure you are in good physical condition and know of no medical or other reason why you should not exercise. If unsure, you should seek medical guidance.

Putting Your Membership On Hold

In any 12 month period you can ‘freeze’ your Agreement twice for up to 3 months for both periods combined. If we agree, you may freeze your Agreement more than this time for travel, medical or hardship reasons but must give us proof. The minimum freeze period is 2 weeks. Your Membership will be extended by the freeze period.

Additional Charges

We have a 5 hour minimum cancellation policy for all classes. If you do not cancel a class within this time, you will be automatically charged a $10+tax cancellation fee. If you No Show a class, a $20 fee will incur. We implement these policies to ensure all clients have a fair opportunity to attend classes. The same policies apply for waitlists so if you are unable to attend a class, please remove yourself from the waitlist. You may be added to a class automatically up to 2 hours prior to scheduled class time.
