“Enough without it”

My Sweat Life: Yoga. Barre. Kettlebell. Pilates. Spinco.

What gets you out of bed: The opportunity to do what I love every single day.
I feel like I’ve finally found my voice, that unique thing that I have to offer the world, it’s such a joy but it also feels like a responsibility, to share it, to give it back somehow.

What to expect from my class: My classes always have some fire through playful and challenging sequences but I like to balance that out with thoughtful and slow moving transitions, and space to land and explore.

My fitness journey: I am 200hr certified Yoga Teacher with more than 1000 hours teaching experience here in Halifax. I am influenced by movement, dance and slow moving, mindful yet powerful yoga. I love yoga as a practice of self awareness and self exploration.

Where to find me: If I’m in town I’m usually in the North End somewhere, often at RIO hanging out or working out. Otherwise you’ll probably need to head to the beach to find me.
