About This Project

“If not now then when?”

My sweat life: Yoga flows and running the streets or trails of Halifax with the North End Runners. All balanced out with a mix of Pilates and strength building classes at Rio and Rogue.

What gets you out of bed: Knowing that each new day is going to be an experience…..good, bad, happy, sad….it all provides different opportunities for growth and connection with the world around me.

What to expect from my classes: Power and strength mixed with softness and ease…all set to lovingly selected playlists to facilitate a fun variety and rhythm to the class. My goal is for my students to leave the studio feeling empowered, refreshed and kind of chill 🙂

My fitness journey: A lifelong sports and fitness enthusiast that played a lot of competitive soccer and basketball growing up. This transitioned into mostly yoga and running after University to find a bit more balance in my life both physically and mentally. Completed 200 hr YTT + 50 hr Yin training with Shanti Yoga.

Where to find me: You can find me doing the urban living thing on the peninsula. This tends to include a lot of yoga, dog walks, crew runs, chai lattes and craft beer.
