What gets me out of bed: that life could change in an instant, you could lose it, a piece of it or someone else. I don’t want to waste any time.
What to expect from my class: lengthening and strengthening the whole body. Thoroughly working through the body to target all our accessory and “glamour” muscles.

Where you can find me: You’ll probably catch me walking or biking around the city, stopping in at any local hub that offers an opportunity to sit in the sunshine and drink cider.
