Pilates Foundation Workshop
Are you new to Pilates or want to improve and enhance your class? Have you been wanting to try out a class but are worried about not knowing where you should be feeling it or if you’re breathing correctly?
In this workshop we will be breaking down the foundations of Pilates to help you get the most out of your workout. You will learn how important the breath is, how to fire up your muscles while ensuring you are in proper form and we will be breaking down what you would expect to see in class to prepare you to get the most out of your workouts.
This workshop is accessible to all levels- but is especially geared to those new to the practice who want to build a strong foundation to carry with them to class.
